  • Pricing Disclaimer: All pricing, timelines, scopes, or verbal discussions provided prior to contract execution are estimates only and are subject to change based on material costs, labor availability, site conditions, permitting requirements, and final design decisions.

5. Project Standards & General Policies

Specific project terms are governed exclusively by signed Service Agreements. However, the following general standards apply:

  • Change Orders: Any modification to the agreed scope of work must be documented through a written Change Order approved by both parties. Additional costs and time extensions may apply.

  • Warranties: Viro Builders warrants its workmanship as defined in the executed Service Agreement. All materials, fixtures, appliances, and products are subject to manufacturer warranties only. Viro Builders does not guarantee or extend warranties beyond those provided by the manufacturer.

  • Payments: Failure to make payments in accordance with the agreed schedule may result in suspension or termination of services, as permitted by the Service Agreement and applicable law.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Viro Builders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use or inability to use this Site.

Any liability related to the use of this Site shall not exceed $100, regardless of the form of action.

This Site may contain links to third-party websites, including suppliers, financing partners, or service providers.
